MIS Coordinator

An MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive manages an organization's data collection, builds and updates regular reports, and turns raw data into actionable business insights. [1, 2]Key Responsibilities

• Report Generation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on sales, operations, collections, or attendance.
• Data Management: Clean, organize, and maintain digital/physical databases with high accuracy.
• Analysis & Dashboards: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), spot trends, and build automated dashboards.
• Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with department heads, management, and IT to ensure smooth information flow.

Required Skills & Education

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field (some entry-level roles accept 12th pass with practical skills).
• Technical Tools: Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, macros/formulas) is mandatory; tools like SQL, Power BI, Google Sheets, or Looker Studio are strong advantages.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and clear communication. [1]
