Job Description – MIS Executive (Collection & Recovery)

Job Role: MIS Executive

Industry: Banking, NBFCs, Collection & Recovery

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports on collection and recovery performance.

• Track allocated accounts, overdue cases, collection targets, recovery achievements and outstanding dues.

• Maintain bucket-wise, employee-wise and portfolio-wise performance reports.

• Analyse collection data, identify performance gaps and highlight critical overdue accounts.

• Reconcile collection figures and ensure accuracy of data received from field executives and telecallers.

• Coordinate with operations teams and bank/NBFC representatives for data updates and reporting.

• Maintain proper records and ensure timely submission of client-specific reports.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline, preferably Commerce or Business Administration.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, banking, NBFCs or collection and recovery operations.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, especially Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data analysis.

• Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of Power BI and other reporting tools will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
