Job Type: Full-timeJob PurposeWe are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented MIS cum System Administrator with 2 to 5 years of experience to bridge the gap between our data reporting and internal IT infrastructure. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing data pipelines, generating actionable MIS reports, and maintaining the health, security, and performance of our hardware, software, and network systems. Key Responsibilities1. Management Information Systems (MIS) & Data Analytics (50%)

• Data Compilation & Validation: Extract, clean, and consolidate operational, financial, or sales data from multiple sources to maintain a "single source of truth". [1, 2]
• Report Generation: Create and deliver accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS dashboards and performance summaries for leadership. [1, 2]
• Automation: Automate routine data-pulling and reporting tasks using Excel macros, advanced functions, or scripting to increase department efficiency. [1]
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct deep-dive data reconciliation and trend analysis to help stakeholders make informed business decisions. [1]

2. System Administration & IT Support (50%)

• Infrastructure Maintenance: Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain office servers, workstations, routers, switches, and peripheral hardware.
• User & Access Management: Manage user accounts, email configurations, permissions, and group policies using Active Directory or cloud equivalents (O365/Google Workspace).
• Network & Security Operations: Monitor network connectivity (LAN/WAN, VPN), troubleshoot firewalls, and ensure up-to-date antivirus/cybersecurity protocols.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Execute and verify routine automated system backups to ensure business continuity and data integrity.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Provide tier-1 and tier-2 IT support for hardware malfunctions, software glitches, and internet connectivity bottlenecks. [1, 2, 3, 4]

• Certifications (Preferred): Relevant certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+/Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or MCSA will be highly valued.
• Problem-Solving: Strong logical ability to diagnose technical system bugs and data discrepancies quickly.
• Communication: Ability to break down complex technical layouts or data trends into clear concepts for non-technical teams.
