Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze MIS reports to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain complex data models using Power BI to support strategic planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective data visualizations for stakeholders.
- Provide expert-level support in creating high-quality MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and VLOOKUP functions.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating engaging presentations and reports.
- Strong understanding of data analytics principles and ability to work with large datasets.
