MIS Executive (ADCA / PGDCA)

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Consolidate and analyze data received from multiple healthcare centers and districts.
• Create and update Pivot Tables, dashboards, and analytical reports for management review.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error checking to ensure accuracy of reports.
• Generate operational reports related to patient services, billing, productivity, and center performance.
• Coordinate with district coordinators and operations teams to collect and verify data within timelines.
• Maintain proper records and ensure confidentiality of organizational data.
• Assist management in preparing presentations, summaries, and ad-hoc reports as required.
• Continuously improve reporting formats and processes for better efficiency and decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should possess ADCA/PGDCA qualification with strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and data analysis functions, along with good computer and typing skills; graduates with 03 years of experience in MIS, reporting, back-office, or healthcare operations will be preferred, while freshers with excellent Excel knowledge may also apply. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, the ability to work with large datasets and meet reporting deadlines, and good communication and coordination skills with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
