Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Maintain and update data accurately in Excel.

Prepare sales, stock, dispatch, billing, and collection reports.

Monitor and track business performance through reports.

Coordinate with sales, accounts, operations, and management teams.

Maintain proper records and databases.

Ensure timely submission of reports to management.

Analyze data and highlight important trends or discrepancies.

Skills Required

Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Knowledge of VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and basic formulas.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle multiple reports and deadlines.
