MIS Executive and Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Collect, validate, and analyze data from various departments
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reports
• Develop dashboards, summaries, and performance trackers
• Maintain databases and ensure proper data management
• Coordinate with internal teams for data requirements and clarification
• Identify trends, variances, and insights from data
• Support management with ad-hoc reports and presentations
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
• Has knowledge in Power BI, Tableau
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work with large datasets
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
