Job Summary

Friends Steel Group is looking for an experienced MIS Executive & Data Automation Specialist with strong knowledge of data automation, dashboard development, and AI-powered solutions. The candidate will be responsible for automating business processes, developing reporting systems, and improving operational efficiency through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and data visualization systems using HTML and JavaScript.
• Automate repetitive tasks and reporting processes using Google Apps Script.
• Implement WhatsApp automation for business communication, follow-ups, and notifications.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to improve workflows and productivity.
• Develop AI bots and automation solutions for workflow management and sales funnel optimization.
• Troubleshoot existing MIS systems, resolve technical issues, and improve process efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and smooth functioning of automated systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in MIS, data automation, or workflow automation.
• Strong knowledge of Google Apps Script, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Hands-on experience in dashboard development and automated reporting.
• Experience with WhatsApp automation and AI tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Preference:

Candidates trained under Sanidhya Sir or Sanjeev Jain will be given high preference.
