Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Associate HRBP to support our growing team. You will act as the first point of contact for employee queries and assist in driving key HR initiatives. This role is perfect for a data-driven individual who loves problem-solving, building presentations, and managing employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR metrics using advanced Excel**.**
• Reporting & Insights: Create clear, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for HR leadership and stakeholders.
• Employee Engagement: Assist in executing onboarding, performance management, and team-building activities.
• Query Resolution: Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day employee questions regarding policies and benefits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 0 to 1 years of experience in an HR support or specialist role (internships count).
• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excel Skills: Proficiency with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data sorting, and basic formulas is mandatory.
• Presentation Skills: Ability to transform raw data and concepts into clean, professional slide decks.
• Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience or familiarity with any standard ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, Taleo).
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with all organizational levels.
