Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive to prepare, maintain, and analyse business reports. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain and analyse business data using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Create presentations and management reports.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of reports.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect and consolidate data.
• Maintain organised records and documentation.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant MIS experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and other basic Excel functions.
• Good analytical and data-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Candidates who can work from our Panampilly Nagar, Kochi office are only preferred.
