Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to support business decision-making
• Analyze data trends and prepare insightful dashboards and reports for management
• Maintain and update large datasets using Excel and Google Sheets with high accuracy
• Apply advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF for data analysis
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and error identification across reports
• Coordinate with multiple departments to collect, verify, and consolidate data
• Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards (where possible)
• Manage and organize company databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility Requirements
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Good understanding of data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
• Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, charts, and logical formulas
• Basic knowledge of Macros / VBA / Google Apps Script (preferred)
