Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive to prepare, manage, and analyze business reports. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, good analytical abilities, and be able to understand business requirements to deliver accurate reports and actionable insights.

Preference: Local candidates from Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Analyze data and generate business insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports for management.
• Understand business requirements and prepare reports accordingly.
• Identify data gaps and suggest practical solutions.
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of MIS reports.
• Use AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc., to improve reporting efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience in MIS reporting.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, IF Functions, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.).
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a presentable personality.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint will be an added advantage.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Computer Science, or a related field.
