MIS Executive

Position : MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage MIS team and ensure timely delivery of reports and dashboards
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
• Develop and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and finance teams to understand business requirements
• Implement process improvements and automate reporting where possible
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide insights-driven recommendations

Required Skills:

• 0-2 years of experience in MIS / Reporting / Analytics in a BPO setting
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills (SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with BPO metrics (e.g., FTE, productivity, quality)
• Team management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or related field

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with workforce management (WFM) and quality monitoring tools
• Knowledge of BPO industry trends and best practices
• Certification in MIS / Analytics (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
