Mis Executive

Preet Group Limited is looking for a MIS Executive with strong knowledge of MS Excel, Advanced Excel, and SAP to manage MIS reports, data analysis, dashboards, and day-to-day reporting activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling large volumes of data and preparing accurate reports within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, consolidate, verify, and analyze data from different departments.
• Create and maintain Excel dashboards, reports, and trackers.
• Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, conditional formatting, data validation, etc.
• Generate management reports and provide data-driven insights.
• Maintain and update various MIS databases and records.
• Extract and verify data from SAP and prepare reports as required.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect accurate and timely information.
• Monitor data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting records.
• Support management in preparing presentations and analytical reports.
• Perform other MIS and reporting activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel & Advanced Excel
• Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF, INDEX-MATCH, etc.
• Knowledge of SAP is required.
• Good data analysis and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of MIS processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in B.Com / BBA / BCA / Any Graduate
• Candidates with relevant MIS experience in a manufacturing/industrial company will be preferred.
