MIS Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage Workday HCM data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee records.
• Develop and maintain reports using Power BI to provide insights on workforce trends and metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements for reporting needs and develop solutions accordingly.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports, dashboards, and analytics to support strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements :

• 3-12 years of experience in MIS or related field with expertise in Workday HCM data management.
• Strong understanding of Power BI reporting tools and ability to create complex reports from large datasets.
• Experience working with various types of databases (e.g., relational, cloud-based) and proficiency in SQL querying languages like PL/SQL.
