What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate daily operational data and MIS reports.
- Collect, consolidate, and verify data from different departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Handle project-wise billing, ledgers, and reconciliation.
- Maintain bank statements and verify eSBTR details.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Identify data discrepancies and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy.
Required Skills
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Charts & Formulas).
- Knowledge of MIS reporting, data analysis, and dashboards.
- Power BI knowledge is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
