ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive who will be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining data, analyzing operational performance, and providing accurate insights to support business decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Manage and update operational data accurately.
• Track key performance metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Handle large data sets and ensure data accuracy.
• Create and maintain Excel dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate with different teams to collect and validate data.
• Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Support management with regular reports and data insights.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, filters, etc.).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple reports.
