MIS EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to generate accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and insights that support business operations and strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of data management principles, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in various reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources to generate comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery to stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and update dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends effectively.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems and databases by performing regular data audits and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their data requirements and provide customized reports and analytical support.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management for process improvement and strategic planning.
• Automate reporting processes wherever possible using advanced Excel functions, VBA macros, or other scripting languages.
• Maintain and troubleshoot MIS systems and databases, ensuring optimal performance and data security.
• Prepare presentations based on data analysis for senior management and other relevant teams.
• Assist in the implementation of new data management tools and reporting systems.
• Provide training and support to end-users on MIS reports and dashboards.
