Position: MIS Executive
Locations: Greater Noida | Ghaziabad | Pitampura | Najafgarh
Experience: 1-3 Years
Working Days: 6 Days

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Create and manage automated reporting systems using Google Sheets Automation.
• Develop automation workflows using Google Apps Script.
• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data management systems.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve reporting efficiency, speed, and accuracy.
• Manage FMS (Flow Monitoring Sheet) to track workflows, pending tasks, and operational activities.
• Maintain IMS (Inventory Monitoring Sheet) for inventory tracking, stock movement, and reporting.
• Analyze business data and provide accurate insights to management.
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection, reporting, and process improvement.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all MIS and reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, dashboards, and pivot tables.
• Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script.
• Practical experience in Google Sheets Automation.
• Experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.
• Knowledge of FMS (Flow Monitoring Sheet) and IMS (Inventory Monitoring Sheet).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reports, priorities, and deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
