Hiring: MIS Executive – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Manage and update sales, lead, site visit, booking, and collection data.
• Track team performance, targets, and achievements.
• Maintain accurate databases and employee/sales records.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for management review.
• Coordinate with the Sales and HR teams for data collection and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all reports.
• Identify data discrepancies and maintain proper records.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data management, preferably in Real Estate.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reports.
• Candidates with real estate sales MIS experience will be preferred.
