Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from different departments.
- Maintain and update Excel files, databases, and reporting systems.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
- Develop automated reports using Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and formulas.
- Track KPIs, targets, productivity, sales, inventory, attendance, or operational performance as required.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for correction.
- Generate management reports and provide insights based on data analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of MIS reports.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments for system/data-related issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of business information.
