MIS Executive

Experience: 35 years | Location: Faridabad | Full-time | Reports to: MD

Role Overview

Own the collection, validation and reporting of business data. Build and maintain dashboards, automate recurring reports, and deliver accurate numbers that drive daily decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and publish daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and dashboards on time.
• Extract, clean, consolidate and validate data from multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Build automated trackers and reporting templates in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Run trend and variance analysis; flag gaps, anomalies and improvement areas.
• Handle ad-hoc data requests and prepare decks for management reviews.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance and HR for timely data inputs.
• Automate manual, repetitive processes to cut turnaround time and errors.

Must-Have Skills

• Advanced Excel: XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, nested logic, Pivot Tables, Power Query, dashboards; VBA/Macros a plus.
• Google Sheets: QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, FILTER; Apps Script preferred.
• Strong with numbers: comfortable with large datasets, ratios, percentages and variance; quick to spot data errors.
• Computer smart: fast and self-sufficient across MS Office, business tools and file/data management.
• Good to have: SQL, Power BI or Tableau; exposure to ERP/CRM systems.
