MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect and consolidate data from different departments.
• Maintain accurate records and databases using MS Excel and other software.
• Analyze data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Generate sales, attendance, performance, and other operational reports.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of reports.
• Prepare Excel reports using formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, and data analysis tools.
• Coordinate with different departments to obtain required information.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee data.
• Identify data discrepancies and resolve them with concerned departments.
• Support management with data-based insights for decision-making.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and charts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
