Mis Executive

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Consolidate data from multiple Excel files, Google Sheets, and departmental trackers into accurate and structured reports.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel/Google Sheets systems using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, FILTER, IMPORTRANGE, ARRAYFORMULA, and inter-sheet linking.
• Design automated dashboards, trackers, and interconnected reporting systems to reduce manual work.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, duplicates, missing information, and reporting errors.
• Troubleshoot broken formulas and errors such as #REF!, #VALUE!, and #N/A using a systematic approach.
• Review existing reporting processes and implement process improvements and automation wherever possible.
• Manage data consolidation, migration, validation, access control, and backup systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Operations, and other departments to collect accurate and timely data.
• Follow up with respective teams for missing, incomplete, or delayed information and escalate unresolved issues when required.
• Ensure 100% accuracy and timely submission of management reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of formulas, reporting logic, processes, and system structures.
• Train relevant employees on MIS formats, reporting systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and newly implemented processes. Role & responsibilities
