• Prepared, maintained, and analyzed daily operational and financial MIS reports using advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Created automated reports and dashboards utilizing Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF formulas, conditional formatting, and other advanced Excel functions to improve reporting efficiency.
• Monitored sales and financial performance metrics, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinated with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations, to resolve billing, loan disbursement, and account-related queries.
