Job Summary
The Sr. MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, managing, analyzing, and reporting business
data to support management decision-making. The role involves preparing accurate and timely MIS
reports, tracking business performance, maintaining data accuracy, and coordinating with internal
teams for timely data collection and reporting.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, MIS reporting, data analysis, and
performance tracking. Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. MIS Reporting & Data Management
   Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly MIS Reports.
   Collect and consolidate data from various departments and sources.
   Maintain and organize MIS data systematically, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
   Prepare regular reports as per management requirements.
   Handle ad-hoc reports and urgent MIS requirements when required.
2. Business Performance Tracking
   Monitor and track branch-wise, individual-wise, and overall business performance.
   Prepare Target vs. Achievement and productivity reports.
   Track business performance and identify gaps, trends, and areas requiring attention.
   Provide regular performance updates to management.
   Monitor ongoing tasks and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely completion.
3. Data Analysis & Accuracy
   Verify, cross-check, and maintain accuracy and consistency of data across reports.
   Analyze business data to identify trends, performance gaps, and key insights.
   Highlight important observations and discrepancies to management.
   Ensure timely and accurate flow of data from different departments.
4. Coordination & Follow-up
   Coordinate with various departments and teams for timely collection of required data.
   Regularly follow up with teams regarding pending information and reporting requirements.
   Understand business requirements and prepare reports accordingly.
   Support management with required reports and data for decision-making.
5. Dashboard & Reporting Support
   Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel.
   Support dashboard preparation using Power BI, where required.
   Improve existing reports and MIS processes to enhance reporting efficiency.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Advanced Excel.
Proficiency in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and other advanced Excel
formulas.
Strong knowledge of MIS Reporting and data management.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends and performance gaps.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple reports and meet strict deadlines.
Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of database management or other reporting tools will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in MIS, Reporting, or a related role.
Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Excel and MIS reporting.
Candidates should be comfortable handling large volumes of data and preparing management
reports.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting requirements effectively.
Immediate joiners preferred.
