MIS Executive Job Description

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Location: Ghaziabad, Sikandrabad

Budget: Up to 3.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Collect, organize, validate, and maintain business data.
• Generate management reports related to sales, operations, inventory, finance, attendance, or other KPIs.
• Maintain Excel-based databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Analyze data and identify trends, discrepancies, and performance gaps.
• Create Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, formulas, and dashboards in MS Excel.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect required information.
• Automate repetitive reports and improve reporting processes wherever possible.
• Ensure reports are submitted accurately and within deadlines.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of MIS reports.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required by management.

Required Skills:

• Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Charts).
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Excel automation will be an advantage.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
