MIS Executive

• Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports including DOR, DCR, KM Loss, Trip Loss, Attendance, and other operational reports.
• Ensure accuracy, timely submission, and reconciliation of operational and employee-related data.
• Manage depot IT infrastructure, including computers, Wi-Fi, software, hardware, and other digital systems; coordinate maintenance/upgrades as required.
• Reconcile attendance, salary payouts, staff expenses, advances, and penalties with Head Office.
• Maintain proper records of staff, including drivers, new joinees, attendance, and required approvals.
• Ensure timely statutory compliance and data updates on portals such as EPFO, ESIC, etc.
• Maintain and submit all relevant bills, vouchers, and supporting documents to Head Office as per schedule.
• Ensure proper data processing, access control, confidentiality, and adherence to company SOPs.
• Support the Depot Manager and Head Office with accurate reports, analysis, and data whenever required.

Experiance: Candidate with 2 - 3 years of experience in data management, reporting, system oversight, compliance, and providing strategic input for higher authorities. Should able to play supportive role to Depot In-charge in administrative control of Depot

Education : Any Graduate

Technical Skills : Must have good knowledge of Excel with various formulae applications

Job Location : Rajkot, Gujarat

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
