What they need
Job Summary
The MIS Executive CRM will manage CRM data, prepare sales MIS reports, maintain customer records, generate dashboards, support sales operations, and provide business insights for management.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update CRM database.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Track leads, quotations, follow-ups, and order status.
Create Excel dashboards and analyze sales trends.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Dispatch teams.
Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
Maintain confidential customer records.
Skills Required
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF, Charts)
Google Sheets
CRM Software (Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot)
ERP knowledge preferred
Strong analytical and communication skills
KPIs
CRM data accuracy
Timely MIS reporting
Dashboard accuracy
