- Report Generation & Dashboards for Retail and Marketing for business improvement. 2. Design and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and visual dashboards to support ongoing business needs. 3. Business Analysis and Evaluate data trends to spot operational inefficiencies, opportunities, and risks. 4. Data Management by Collecting raw data from regions and prepraing the scheme calculations ( Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly), maintain databases, and ensure absolute accuracy, integrity, and privacy of the information. 5. Consistently prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports tracking target vs. achievement, regional sales, and individual performance. 8. Analyze historical data and seasonal trends to support sales managers in setting future sales targets and quotas. 9. Deep proficiency in EXCEL and data manipulation to prepare and gererate the automated reports. 10. Competence with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. 11. Ability to write VBA/Macros or utilize formulas to reduce manual, repetitive reporting tasks.
