Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive with 3+ years of experience, preferably in the staffing, recruitment, or manpower services industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining MIS reports, analysing workforce and attendance data, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to employee deployment, attendance, attrition, joining, exits, and manpower status.
• Maintain and update employee and client-wise databases with high accuracy.
• Track headcount, absenteeism, attrition, new joiners, exits, replacements, and deployment status.
• Prepare client-specific reports and dashboards as per defined requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Operations, Payroll, and client teams for timely collection and validation of data.
• Monitor attendance and manpower data and highlight discrepancies or unusual trends.
• Support payroll and billing teams by providing accurate attendance, employee, and deployment data.
• Generate reports related to SLA/TAT, recruitment performance, employee movement, and workforce productivity.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure timely submission of MIS to management and clients.
• Analyse data and provide meaningful insights to support operational and management decisions.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of employee and client information.
• Automate and improve existing reporting processes wherever possible.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, IF formulas, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and data validation.
• Knowledge of Power Query / Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of staffing and manpower processes such as deployment, attendance, attrition, joining, exit, and replacement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.

Education

Bachelors degree in any discipline. Candidates with additional certification in MIS, Data Analytics, Excel, or Business Intelligence will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of relevant MIS/reporting experience, preferably with a staffing, recruitment, BPO, manpower outsourcing, or facility management company.
• Should be comfortable handling large employee databases and multiple client-wise reports.
• Should have strong Excel skills and the ability to independently prepare and analyse MIS.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict reporting timelines.
