MIS Executive

We are looking for an MIS Executive who will be responsible for generating reports, managing data, and providing actionable insights to support business and workforce management operations.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in reporting/MIS, and hands-on expertise in Power BI and database management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree graduate in any of the following:

  • Statistics
  • Mathematics
  • Engineering
  • Business Administration
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science

• 2–4 years of experience in MIS/Reporting

• At least 2 years of experience supporting Contact Center or Workforce Management (WFM) operations

• Knowledge of Contact Center/WFM metrics and performance indicators is preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Willing to work 100% onsite in Eton Centris, Quezon City

• Willing to work on shifting schedules aligned with UK time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Manage and organize operational databases and reporting data
• Analyze trends, performance metrics, and operational data to identify insights
• Support Contact Center/WFM teams with accurate and timely reports
• Monitor and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Provide actionable insights to support business decisions
• Handle ad hoc reporting and data analysis requirements
