MIS Executive

Job Purpose

To manage retail sales data and develop accurate, efficient MIS reports using advanced Google Sheets formulas, data analysis and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain sales, product, style code, color, designer and transaction data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and financial-year-wise sales MIS.
• Analyze sales by Style Code, Product Category, Color, Designer and Month.
• Identify Top & Bottom selling styles/products and sales trends.
• Prepare product-wise and year-wise sales comparison reports.
• Develop automated reports using Google Sheets formulas and functions.
• Create and maintain Pivot Tables, dashboards, summaries and management reports.
• Perform data cleaning, validation and reconciliation to ensure 100% data accuracy.
• Identify sales trends, variances and anomalies and provide actionable insights to management.
• Improve existing MIS formats and automate repetitive reporting processes.

Mandatory Google Sheets Skills

Strong hands-on knowledge of:

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in MIS / Sales MIS / Retail Reporting.
• Strong Google Sheets expertise is mandatory.
• Good understanding of retail sales and inventory data.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to convert raw data into meaningful management reports.
• Experience in Apparel / Fashion / Lifestyle Retail preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
