About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and Excel-savvy MIS Executive to join our team in Bhiwadi. The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of MS Excel, be comfortable working with data, and have good analytical and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data from different sources.
• Maintain accurate databases, trackers, and records.
• Prepare reports using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, etc.
• Monitor and update daily performance and operational reports.
• Identify data discrepancies and ensure accuracy of reports.
• Generate reports and dashboards as required by the management.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Coordinate with different teams to collect and verify required data.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–1 year of experience in MIS, reporting, data management, or a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, filters, sorting, and data formatting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Freshers with strong Excel knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
