MIS Executive

Role Overview

The MIS Executive will be responsible for data entry, data management, and preparation of MIS reports using MS Excel and other MS Office tools. The role also requires a basic working understanding of banking transactions and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and maintain data accurately in Excel/MS Office formats.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.

• Perform data entry, data validation, and data cleaning tasks.

• Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, and summary reports using Excel.

• Assist in basic banking-related data work such as tracking transactions, payment status, and reconciliations.

• Coordinate with different departments to gather required data/inputs.

• Ensure timely and error-free submission of reports.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and records.

• Support the team in ad-hoc reporting and analysis requirements.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic formatting, charts).

• Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Basic understanding of banking transactions/processes (e.g., NEFT/RTGS, statements, reconciliation at a basic level).

• Good typing speed and accuracy in data entry.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred).

• 0–3 years of experience in MIS, data entry, or reporting roles (freshers with strong Excel skills may also apply).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
