Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for different departments.
• Collect, validate, organize, and analyze business data from various sources.
• Create and maintain Excel dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and provide regular updates to management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, recruitment, operations, attendance, and other business data.
• Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely correction.
• Generate reports on targets, achievements, productivity, and performance.
• Coordinate with different teams to collect required data and maintain reporting accuracy.
• Automate and improve existing MIS/reporting processes wherever possible.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data confidentiality.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF formulas, filters, and data validation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prepare professional reports and dashboards.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
