Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible MIS Executive to manage daily reports, data entry, data analysis, and maintain accurate records. Freshers with good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer skills can apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain and update data in Excel and internal systems.
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of records.
• Collect data from different departments and consolidate reports.
• Create Excel reports, summaries, and dashboards.
• Track daily performance, attendance, sales, targets, and other operational data.
• Identify data errors and coordinate with relevant teams for corrections.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting records.
• Share reports with management within the given timelines.
• Support the team in data analysis and administrative reporting activities.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Pivot Table.
• Good typing and data-entry skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.
