Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and deliveries.
• Create, process and track Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO).
• Maintain vendor, PO, SO and inventory data in the ERP system.
• Monitor inventory, stock reconciliation and order fulfilment.
• Coordinate transportation and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Follow up with vendors, warehouse and internal teams for pending orders.
• Generate MIS reports and ensure ERP data accuracy.
• Support logistics and supply chain activities to improve operational efficiency.
