- Google Workspace tools — Sheets, Forms, Drive, Gmail automation.
- Trigger and automation setup — time-based, on-edit, on-submit.
- Data cleaning, validation and error handling.
- Report and dashboard design for management review.
- Requirement gathering from non-technical users.
