MIS Executive

Desired Profile

• 2 to 6 years of experience in Power BI Dashboard Development, Sales Analytics, MIS Reporting, and Business Intelligence .

• Strong experience in transforming large datasets into interactive dashboards and actionable business insights.

• Experience supporting Sales, Trade Marketing, Distribution, or FMCG business teams preferred.

• Hands-on expertise in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.

  Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for Sales, Distribution, Secondary Sales, Primary Sales, and KPI tracking.

• Create automated dashboards for:

  • Sales Performance
  • Target vs Achievement
  • Territory Performance
  • ASM/RSM Productivity
  • Distributor Analysis
  • SKU-wise Sales Performance
  • Outlet Coverage and Growth Tracking

• Develop data models, measures, and calculations using DAX .

• Connect and integrate data from Excel, ERP, CRM, SAP, or other business systems.

• Automate manual reporting processes through Power BI and Power Query.

• Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.

• Prepare executive dashboards for leadership reviews.

• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and governance.

• Work closely with Sales, Finance, IT, and Business Heads to understand reporting requirements.

  Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related discipline.

• Power BI Certification (Microsoft PL-300 preferred).
