Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage MIS operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales data.
• Utilize advanced excel skills to analyze and interpret complex business metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using MS Office tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in MIS processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to data management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced Excel skills with expertise in pivot tables, macros, etc.
• Strong understanding of MS Office applications (Excel) for report preparation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
