Mis Executive

Role & responsibilities

Prepare and circulate accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from various departments.

• Develop and maintain Excel/Google Sheets-based dashboards, trackers, and reports.

• Monitor data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely corrections.

• Generate HR and operational reports as required by management.

• Ensure timely submission of reports and maintain proper documentation.

• Coordinate with various departments to obtain and verify required information.

• Analyze data and provide relevant insights to support management decisions.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company and employee information.

• Handle ad-hoc reporting and data-related requirements as assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, charts, filters, and data validation.

• Good working knowledge of Google Sheets and online data management.

• Ability to create professional MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers.

• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

• Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of HRMS/ERP software will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA/BA/B.Sc./B.E. or equivalent).

• Certification/course in MIS, Advanced Excel, Data Analytics, or Business Administration will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 24 years of relevant experience in MIS, HR MIS, reporting, data management, or a similar role.

• Candidates with strong Excel and Google Sheets skills and a proven ability to handle large volumes of data will be preferred**.**
