Mis Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and maintain data from various departments and business functions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Analyse data to identify trends, discrepancies, and performance gaps.
• Coordinate with various departments to collect and validate information.
• Maintain databases and update records regularly.
• Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes wherever possible.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and data analysis as per management requirements.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of business data.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Statistics, or a related field.
• 36 years of experience in MIS reporting, data management, or a similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills, including:
• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts
• IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and other Excel formulas
• Data validation and conditional formatting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.
