QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in:
o Statistics
o Mathematics
o Engineering
o Business Administration
o Information Technology
o Computer Science
o 2–4 years of reporting/MIS experience.
o At least 2 years supporting contact center or WFM operations.
o Experience with Excel-based reporting and dashboard creation.
o Knowledge of contact center/WFM metrics preferred
Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
