Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized MIS Executive to manage daily reports, data, and management information. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel and be comfortable handling large amounts of data.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, verify, and update data from different departments.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards as required.
• Maintain Excel sheets, databases, and records accurately.
• Ensure timely submission of all MIS reports.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect required information.
• Maintain proper documentation and data records.
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
• Support management with data and reports for decision-making.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF formulas, and basic Excel functions.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle confidential company information.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Candidates with a background in BBA, B.Com, or similar fields will be preferred.
