Mis Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, verify, and consolidate data from various departments.
• Maintain accurate records and databases using MS Excel.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Monitor and track key operational and business data.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and variances.
• Ensure timely submission of MIS reports to the concerned management/team.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting requirements.
• Assist management in decision-making by providing accurate and timely reports.
• Handle data entry, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company information and reports.
