Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards
Collect, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources
Track key business metrics and highlight performance gaps
Maintain accurate databases, trackers, and reporting systems
Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency
Provide actionable insights to support business decisions
Work closely with cross-functional teams for data and reporting requirements
What were looking for:
2-5 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, or Data Analysis
Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
Experience with dashboards and data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
