MIS Executive

We are seeking a skilled and motivated An MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive manages an organization's data collection, generates routine and ad-hoc business reports, and builds dashboards to support operational decision-making and support our daily operations by managing essential computer tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and responsible to handle routine data entry with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Collect, clean, validate, and maintain accurate data across company databases and trackers.
• Report Generation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance or operational reports for management.
• Dashboard Creation: Design visual dashboards, key performance indicator (KPI) trackers, and summary sheets.
• Process Coordination: Track pending tasks, analyze workflow gaps, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel: Proficiency in VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and complex formulas.
• Data Tools: Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Forms), SQL, and basic business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capability to translate raw data into clear business insights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
