What they need
Manage and analyze daily MIS data, prepare reports, track SVC performance, TAT, NSS and escalations, identify gaps, maintain accurate records, coordinate with teams, and provide insights for operational improvement.
Required Candidate profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, IT or Business Administration with 2–4 years of MIS/Data Analysis experience. Strong Excel, Pivot, VLOOKUP, Power BI and analytical skills.
