Job Description

A&M Insights is looking for a Reporting Executive to join our Operations/MIS team. The candidate will be responsible for managing field data, maintaining project trackers, preparing MIS reports, validating information and supporting client reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and manage data received from field executives across multiple projects.
• Validate, clean and maintain data accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Prepare client-ready reports with observations and insights.
• Maintain real-time trackers for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with field teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Ensure timely reporting as per T+1 or client requirements.
• Prepare basic dashboards and presentations.
• Maintain proper documentation and project records.
• Perform regular data checks to identify missing or incorrect information.
• Support the Operations and Analytics team with reporting requirements.
• Ensure all reports are accurate and submitted within defined timelines.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; BBA, B.Com, BA or similar qualifications preferred.
• 0–1 year of experience in MIS, reporting, data management or operations.
• Freshers with good Excel knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and basic Excel formulas.
• Basic knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Personal laptop is mandatory for this role.
• Good internet connectivity is preferred for hybrid/remote work.

Salary will depend on the candidate's skills, interview performance and relevant experience.
